This Clients Review:Darcy @ 07/20/2025 For years I have been using makeup to create eyeliner above my eyes only to have it smudge and wear off so clean up and reapplying at least daily was my routine. I was always curious about permanent makeup but was afraid to try it. Firstly, I was concerned about the pain involved and secondly, would someone botch the job.
