Hey Val, Upper & Lower Eyeliner is $540.00 for the initial TWO Procedure process. Touch ups down the road are less $ and a one & done. How long does it last,well thats different for everyone 5years or more ,or less. Pigment is actually there for a long time it just continues to fade & get softer.
